What's Inspected

The one question I get from every prospective client is "Are you gonna check the furnace out?" or "Are you gonna go in the attic?". I of course tell them yes, that is part of my job as a home inspector. All the major components of your home will be inspected and tested for proper operation during my inspection of your new or existing home. This includes the roof, electrical panel and system, plumbing, structure and foundation, attic, etc..

The home inspection report will have each section seperate from each other in an easy to read format. Photographs are also included in every report , for ease of understanding any defects found during your home inspection. Also, if there are any items you would like me to pay particular attention to, please ask. If there are certain areas of the home you are concerned about, I will do my best to put your mind at ease, and find the best course of action for you, and everyone else involved.
